Chicago's off-loop theater scene is like the Greek life on a college campus. First you have to go to rush (auditions) where they get to know you. You have to prove you can drink with the best of them. And if they like you, you'll get an invitation to join. Once you join, you have your friends and drinking buddies and you are all set.
