Dale Wasserman died on Sunday. He started out as a lighting designer but went on to become a beloved playwright best known for writing the stage adaptation of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" and the book for "Man of LaMancha" (for which he won a Tony Award) He also penned "I Don Quixote" and "Players in the Game."
Wasserman died of heart failure. He was 94.
